2011 Official Rules & Regulations
This year’s program begins on September 5, 2011 and ends on October 16, 2011. Customers must present receipts to Guest Services from any store or restaurant at WestShore Plaza. Qualifying receipts MUST BE FROM a retailer at WestShore Plaza, on purchases made during the program period ONLY, and must be turned in by SUNDAY of the week of purchase.
For Example: Any receipt from the week of Monday, 9/12/2011 through Sunday, 9/18/2011 must be turned in by 6:00PM on 9/18/2011.
Any public or private K-12, elementary, middle, or high school in the state of Florida is eligible to participate. Pre-Schools, colleges and other post-high school institutions are not eligible.
A child under the age of 18 may submit their receipt for entry. However, if the child's entry is chosen, an adult 18 or older (with valid photo identification) must sign for the receipt of the Gift Card for the child.
Receipts may only be used one time and will be marked when presented to Guest Services. The receipt must be the original. Duplicate receipts, photo copies, faxes and internet orders will not be accepted. Purchases of strollers, bus passes, faxes and photo copies cannot be redeemed for entry. Credit Card payments, even if made to a store at the mall, will not be accepted for entry.
Store employees may not request, or copy, receipts from store customers in order to redeem them for entry. Additionally, stores (or store employees) may not hold receipts to give to schools to redeem for entry. Solicitation of stores by schools to hold receipts for such schools is prohibited.
There are ways to earn additional entries. They are as follows:

WestShore Plaza is accepting school supplies for the Salvation Army. School supplies must be new and in original packaging when applicable. Donated items do not need to be purchased from WestShore Plaza. Donated items must be submitted to Guest Services between September 5, 2011 and October 16, 2011. Participants may donate multiple bundles. Each bundle of school supplies donated will receive two entries. Bundles must be submitted in the following groups, variations from these groups will not earn an entry. Bundle submissions will earn two entries ONLY for the week they are submitted.

· No purchase is necessary to enter the drawing, though. To enter without a purchase, hand print your first/last name, street address, city, state, zip code and telephone number including area code on a 3” X 5” card and mail in a hand addressed envelope to:

Limit one entry per envelope. Mailed entries will be submitted for the drawing in the week that they are received. In order to participate in the last drawing, entries must be postmarked by October 10, 2011.There is no limit to the number of times you can enter to win, regardless of the entry method.
School and individual winners will be contacted within 5 business days of the drawing by phone, email, and/or USPS mail.

WestShore Plaza Management Office will make the final decision regarding any dispute.
WestShore Plaza reserves the right to refuse suspicious or fraudulent receipts, or any receipt transactions breaking the above rules.
